Texas Tech University - Student Union Building Starbucks

Project Description:
Large expanses of windows and a clean, modern material palette draw patrons in the new Starbucks, nestled at a prominent corner inside the Student Union Building on the Texas Tech Campus.  New design brings scale, color, and texture to the former tenant space, making it a vibrant and inviting environment.

Working in close collaboration with Starbucks and TTU, the JDMA Team executed an interior layout and design that reflects the Starbucks brand and aesthetic goals.  Step into the inviting cafe space, the noise and bustle of the SUB fades away – the menu boasts an array of offerings, hot and cold beverages (including seasonal), pastries, snacks and more that are intentionally stimulating without being overwhelming.  With an abundance of light, comfortable seating options, cool and warm textures; the design of this unique interior provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests to relax and enjoy their food or drink.  Whether you’re fueling up for a busy day of classes or just need a cozy spot to unwind, Starbucks has you covered.  Stop by and enjoy a cup of goodness today!
